How do I book a ride with Margaret River Rides?

You can book your transfer by phone, text, or email. Please ensure your booking is made at least 12 hours before your pick-up time. Your booking is confirmed once full payment is received.

Do you meet all incoming flights at Busselton-Margaret River Airport?

We service all Friday, Saturday and Sunday commercial flights arriving from Melbourne, Sydney, and Perth. For FIFO transfers, we align our schedule with major charter services to and from regional mine sites.

Can I book a transfer outside of standard business hours?

Absolutely. We operate early morning and late evening to align with FIFO rosters and commercial flight schedules. Just ensure you book at least 12 hours in advance.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

For commercial flight transfers, we monitor flight arrivals and will do our best to accommodate minor delays.


For FIFO flights, due to the volume and tight turnaround times, we are unable to wait for delayed flights. If your flight is delayed or cancelled, a new booking will be required (subject to availability).

Where do you drop off and pick up?

We offer transfers to and from homes, accommodation, and workplaces across the South West, including Vasse*, Cowaramup, Margaret River, Witchcliffe and Augusta (commercial flights only). If you’re unsure if your location is covered, just reach out.

*Pick-up and drop-off is typically available at residential addresses, accommodation venues, or workplaces, except in Vasse, where we operate a single designated pick-up and drop-off location, not a door-to-door service. This ensures we can maintain an efficient schedule while servicing multiple passengers in the area.

Do you offer private transfers or shared rides?

We offer both! You can book a private transfer for yourself or your group, or join a shared ride with other passengers travelling at similar times. Let us know your preference when booking.

What types of vehicles do you use?

Our vehicles are clean, air-conditioned, and well-maintained, with plenty of space for luggage, including FIFO bags. We prioritise comfort and safety for every ride.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your scheduled ride may be eligible for a refund (minus any applicable fees). Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable. Please contact us as soon as possible if your plans change.
