Terms of service.

At Margaret River Rides, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable service for every journey.

Please take a moment to review the key terms of our service:

  • Booking Confirmation: All bookings are confirmed once full payment has been received. You will receive a confirmation email once your booking is secured.

  • Booking Window: To ensure we can plan your ride effectively, all bookings must be made at least 12 hours prior to your scheduled pick-up time.

  • Cancellations & Refunds: If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice may be eligible for a refund (minus any applicable processing fees). Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.

  • Delays & Changes: We monitor flight arrivals and will adjust pick-up times for delayed flights where possible. If your travel plans change, please let us know as soon as possible so we can accommodate where feasible.

  • Passenger Responsibility: Please ensure you are ready at the agreed pick-up location and time. Delays may impact our ability to service subsequent bookings.

FIFO Transfers – Additional Terms

  • Due to the high volume of FIFO flights and the need to maintain a tight schedule, our drivers are unable to wait for delayed flights. Waiting may disrupt scheduled transfers for other passengers.

  • If your FIFO flight is delayed or cancelled, your transfer may be forfeited and a new booking will need to be made (subject to availability).

  • We strongly recommend checking in with us prior to your flight if you have concerns about timing or changes to your rostered shifts.
